The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
To support the delivery of high-quality catering services by coordinating food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and assisting in event execution to achieve client satisfaction.
Key Accountability Areas
Operational Support :
Coordinate the provision of food and beverage services in accordance with event requirements.Participate in the setup and execution of catering activities at various events.Collaborate with chefs to plan and refine menus based on client needs and event themes.Assist in staff orientation and provide support to team members during catering operations.Contribute to the organization and smooth execution of daily catering functions.Support scheduling activities to ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts.Quality and Safety :
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.Monitor product and service quality to maintain established standards.Follow EHS and HACCP procedures within all catering facilities to ensure compliance.Administrative and Financial Support :
Maintain accurate records related to catering activities and supplies.Track stock levels and prepare requisitions for required items.Communicate with suppliers and internal clients regarding orders and service needs.Collect and document client feedback to support continuous service improvement.Facility Operations :
Support the coordination of catering facilities, including event setup and resource allocation.Ensure catering areas and equipment are clean, maintained, and ready for use.Client and Team Interaction :
Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely, professional manner.Provide assistance in resolving operational issues that may arise during events.Role Accountability
