Arabic Speaking PA to Chairman

A progressive diversified group of companies whose HQ is based in the heart of Jeddah – KSA is currently seeking an experienced PA to Chairman.

The daily duties for this position are listed as follows :

• Work closely with the Chairman to provide administrative and secretarial support
• Meeting and greeting visitors / guest liaison at all levels of seniority
• Organizing, scheduling, maintaining and making appointments
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
• Note taking and providing general assistance during presentations and meetings
• Responsibility for accounts and budgets

Language Requirements :

English - Fluent / Excellent

Arabic - Fluent / Excellent

Own a Car

Any

Have Driving License
