Manager Accounting & Finance

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Accounting & Finance Manager

to lead and manage all financial, accounting, and compliance functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure

accurate financial reporting, budgeting, internal control implementation , and

regulatory compliance

in alignment with

KSA financial laws and other requirements . This role requires

strong technical expertise, hands-on accounting knowledge , and the ability to

drive financial strategy

while maintaining daily operational excellence.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES Key Accountabilities

Key Activities 1.

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports in accordance with

IFRS and other relevant standards .

Budgeting & Forecasting

Taxation & Compliance

VAT, Withholding Tax, Zakat, and E-invoicing .
