Responsibilities

• Engineer must be skilled and knowledgeable on Siemens Automation systems – TIA Portal, S7-1500F, ET200SP, Unified HMI runtime in Automotive Industry
• Minimum 2-3 projects experience in Automotive industry is MUST
• Engineer will be a bridge between Customer Team and Automotive Line Builders and help them for quick resolutions of issues, guide them on Siemens technical front.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues : Address and fix problems related to Siemens Automation Systems.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Profinet network performance, ensure system reliability, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure Compliance : Adhere to safety and quality standards in all PLC-related activities.
• Support OPC UA configuration and interface with MES.
• Training on Siemens automation system on demand
• Support to prepare documentation of network configurations, processes, procedures and manuals for ease of troubleshooting
• Collaborate with End customer production and engineering teams to enhance system performance.
• Support routine maintenance activities performed by Maintenance team and updates to ensure optimal operation of PLC systems.
