Overview An Insights Manager at CARMA shall lead the end-to-end setup, management, and delivery of insight products for one of our most pivotal clients. They shall be responsible for ensuring the quality, clarity, and strategic value of all deliverables, acting as the bridge between the client and our internal teams.
The role shall have a dual reporting line to both the Key Account Director as well as Insights Consultant MENA and shall be based on-site, at the client’s location in
Dammam, KSA . This setting supports close collaboration, ongoing knowledge exchange, and the development of strong client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone genuinely passionate about insights— particularly media insights —who thrives on translating data into meaning, identifying patterns, and helping clients make more informed decisions. The successful candidate will have broad experience delivering
media insights
across sectors, with the ability to independently produce comprehensive analysis reports that drive actionable outcomes. Active engagement with the wider industry, including familiarity with frameworks like AMEC, is highly valued. While formal qualifications are welcomed, a strong sense of curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.
Insights Managers are expected to manage the expectations of senior stakeholders internally as well as externally and to build strong partnerships with the client, coach and manage secondees based at the client location, and contribute to innovation—especially in integrating AI tools to enhance insight generation and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage ad-hoc insight reporting for our Tier 01 client, with on-site support for their evolving needs.
Independently develop end-to-end analysis reports from the ground up, delivering actionable insights for senior stakeholders and effectively presenting the findings.
Provide strategic input during key events, crises, and other high-impact moments
Manage and oversee the on-site secondee team to ensure seamless client support and alignment with project goals
Deliver a comprehensive and scalable measurement programme aligned with client objectives
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the client
Leverage AI tools to boost insight generation and improve reporting processes
Support proposal development, onboarding, and account growth initiatives
Qualifications
Experience delivering media insights across industries
A passion for storytelling through data and evidence
Strong skills in report writing and analysis, client communication, and project management.
Familiarity with AMEC frameworks (qualification welcomed but not required)
A collaborative, curious mindset with a drive to keep learning
