Sales Engineer at Immensa, will represent our on-demand spare parts and digital warehousing solutions, driving client engagement and revenue growth across the energy, oil & gas, and petrochemical sectors. Sales Engineer will identify leads, understand technical needs, and bridge client requirements with Immensa digitization and manufacturing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Opportunity Development
- Identify and qualify new leads within target industries (oil & gas, energy, petrochemicals).
- Research clients’ operations, equipment, and maintenance requirements to uncover pain points.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns, events, and case studies.
- Use CRM and ERP tools to record leads and track progress.
Technical Engagement
Meet customers to understand technical and commercial requirements.Collect project details (material specs, drawings, photos) and coordinate internally for costing and feasibility.Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring clear alignment with client needs.Conduct product demos and present Immensa digital warehousing and manufacturing capabilities.Share quotations and follow up regularly to drive closure.Coordinate with design, production, and finance teams for pricing, delivery, and documentation.Handle order processing, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups smoothly.Provide after-sales support, collect customer feedback, and ensure repeat engagement.Performance Tracking & Reporting
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and customer engagement metrics.Scope of Authority
Collaborate with Estimation, Engineering, and Operations for pricing and execution.Work with the Commercial Director on quarterly sales targets and customer engagement plans.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.3–5 years of technical sales experience in the oil & gas or energy sector.Proven success in solution selling and lead conversion.Strong technical understanding of mechanical components and industrial supply chains.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self‑motivated, with ability to work independently across multiple client accounts.Valid KSA driving license and willingness to travel.Seniority Level
