POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a high-performing and strategic
Senior Consultant
to manage the organization’s
People Excellence Program
and provide operational and strategic support to the
Human Capital Committee
HR consulting and / or project management
, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, design and oversee strategic people initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the People Excellence Program. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define program objectives, performance indicators, and outcomes. Align the program with broader talent, workforce, and organizational goals. Monitor progress of strategic HR initiatives under the People Excellence Program and report regularly on outcomes and risks. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects in leadership development, workforce planning, performance, and engagement. Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and insights to inform strategic decisions. Partner with senior HR and business executives to ensure committee discussions are strategically aligned with business needs. Provide subject matter input, reports, and recommendations on talent strategies, leadership pipelines, and workforce performance. Ensure clear governance, documentation, and communication of committee outcomes and decisions. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. 7+ years of experience
in HR consulting, strategic HR program management, or enterprise project management. Proven experience leading strategic, enterprise-wide people initiatives. Strong understanding of human capital strategy and organizational effectiveness. Exceptional management, executive communication, & facilitation skills. Experience in preparing materials for senior leadership or board-level committees.
