Sales Manager (Food & Beverage)

to join our dynamic team in

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . This is a

position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our Food & Beverage division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region. Responsibilities :

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the Food & Beverage sector. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors in the Food & Beverage industry. Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop innovative sales solutions. Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in sales management within the Food & Beverage industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian Food & Beverage market. Seniority level
