About the job

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and ensure that what we build aligns with real business value. You will gather requirements directly from stakeholders, structure the business logic behind each use case, understand current processes, identify gaps, map business logic, and convert that into documented requirements that guide design, development, and delivery. You will also support project timelines, making sure requirements are defined early, tracked clearly, and updated as scope evolves during execution. This role requires strong communication, clarity in thinking, and the ability to bring structure and alignment across multiple parties.

Role Description

• Lead the gathering, clarification, and alignment of business requirements
• Break down business requests into structured requirements and acceptance criteria
• Document BRD / FRD / User Stories / business rules / assumptions
• Map processes and workflows (as-is / to-be) with clear logic steps
• Draft workflow documentation and functional specs for implementation
• Manage requirement traceability and support timeline planning for delivery
• Track requirement changes, decisions, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Validate workflow outputs and deliverables against expected business outcomes before release
• Facilitate alignment across business, product, engineering, and QA
• Use prompt engineering and AI automation tools when needed (for logic & behavior testing)
