Job Overview

Modular Construction Project Manager – Location : Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Contract : 3 to 6 months (extendable). Job Summary : Our client is seeking an experienced Modular Construction Project Manager to oversee the

planning, execution, and delivery

of modular construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with expertise in modular construction methods and technologies. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement project plans, including

timelines, budgets, and resource allocation , for modular construction projects. Collaborate with design teams to ensure module designs meet project requirements and are optimized for

fabrication and assembly . Manage relationships with

module manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics

providers to ensure timely delivery of modules to site. Oversee

site preparation, module delivery, and assembly , ensuring that modules are installed correctly and safely. Ensure that modules meet quality

standards, and defects

are identified and addressed promptly. Communicate with stakeholders, including

clients, architects, engineers,

and

contractors,

to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are managed. Identify and mitigate

risks associated with modular construction projects, including logistics, transportation, and assembly. Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science, or related field. 3+ years

of experience in construction project management, with a focus on modular construction. Proven ability to manage

complex construction

projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Strong

problem-solving skills , with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and defects.
