Event Operations Excellence Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Event Operations Excellence Manager for our event operations project Management Office to drive excellence in project, program, and portfolio delivery. The Event Operations Excellence Manager will be responsible for governance, reporting, resource optimization, and ensuring alignment of all projects with organizational objectives across departments. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to embed best practices and enhance business value through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
• Develop and manage portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
• Monitor project performance, risks, issues, and dependencies, providing actionable insights.
• Drive prioritization of projects to maximize ROI and strategic impact.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes, templates, and documentation standards.
• Lead lessons-learned initiatives and continuous improvement of PMO functions.
• Support event operations team to increase organizational visibility on all the updates.
• Act as a key liaison between the event operations department and all the other departments in our company.
