Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning . Provide user support and training , ensuring smooth system adoption. Prepare and maintain functional documentation .

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O .
- Good understanding of business processes (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain).
- Hands‑on experience in system configuration and administration .
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
