The Sales Specialist Trainee will support the Sales Department in daily sales operations, customer engagement, and lead management. The program aims to develop strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills to prepare the trainee for a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Participate in sales meetings and client visits where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.Saudi national eligible for the Tamheer Program .Hands‑on experience in professional sales operations.Development of negotiation, communication, and client‑handling skills.Exposure to CRM tools and sales reporting techniques.Monthly Tamheer allowance provided by HRDF.Seniority level
