Why this role?

Our Country Manager for Saudi Arabia will drive year-over-year revenue growth by developing and executing customer and partner acquisition strategies. You will focus on strategic development, coaching, and expanding Cohere’s presence in the region. In this leadership role, you will guide our Sales team to surpass revenue targets and organizational goals.

As Our Country Manager, You Will

Develop, execute, and lead a go-to-market growth strategy and strategic sales plan for the country, driving revenue and market expansion.

Coordinate with our anchor partnership in the country, working alongside our global account team.

Provide sales and operational leadership to Cohere’s cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Represent Cohere in the local market, promoting our vision, products, and services.

Participate in industry events, conferences, networking, and engage with regulators and government agencies in partnership with our Head of Global Public Sector and Head of Government Affairs & Public Policy.

Manage relationships with enterprise clients and partners, pursue new business opportunities, and negotiate high-value deals.

Collaborate with global teams to establish best practices for enterprise project implementations and maintain strong client engagement.

Analyze market trends, opportunities, client needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

This career opportunity may be a good match for you if you have :

15+ years of experience in driving revenue growth and leading go-to-market efforts in the region within technology-focused organizations.

Proven success in enterprise solution sales and business development, with a strong understanding of regional GTM strategies and customer success.

Experience partnering with consulting firms, system integrators, and enterprise clients, including pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

Well-established network of senior contacts across sectors.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Comfort working in a matrixed environment, coordinating cross-functional teams across regions.

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and drive impact.

Experience in AI or related industries is highly desirable.
