Role Description We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to join our

engineering design consultancy

in

Riyadh . This is a

full‑time, on‑site

position responsible for managing the full lifecycle of

building design projects , from concept through final design delivery. The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, monitor project progress, and ensure that deliverables meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities include leading design coordination, managing project schedules and deliverables, ensuring compliance with design standards and client requirements, and facilitating effective communication among clients, consultants, and internal teams. The role also involves proactive stakeholder management and maintaining alignment with the requirements of relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

Minimum

10 years of experience

in

engineering design and consultancy projects

Proven expertise in

project management

within the

architectural or engineering design

field

Strong

stakeholder management

and coordination skills

Solid understanding of

local authority processes , regulations, and requirements

Excellent

analytical ,

organizational , and

problem‑solving

abilities

Strong

leadership ,

team management , and

communication

skills

Bachelor’s degree

in

Civil Engineering ,

Architecture , or a closely related discipline

Experience in

multinational

or

large‑scale building projects
