Project Designer

We are looking for a creative CX Projects Designer to develop innovative and strategic design solutions that support high-impact initiatives across the organization. This role combines creativity, technical design skills, and an understanding of branding and customer experience to deliver engaging designs for digital, print, events, and presentations. Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with project goals. Design high-quality assets for digital media, print, environmental branding, and executive presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support project timelines. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and recommend enhancements when needed. Provide mockups, prototypes, and documentation to communicate ideas. Stay updated on design trends and propose innovative approaches. Strong visual storytelling and conceptual design skills. Attention to detail with excellent layout and composition. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Canva. Fluent in English and Arabic. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or related field. 3–5 years of professional design experience (agency, marketing, or in-house). Experience in cross-functional or high-impact projects is preferred. Employment type
