Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Perform on-site inspections of construction projects at various stages of completion

Identify and document any deviations from approved plans or violations of building codes

Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to project stakeholders

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues

Stay up-to-date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry best practices

Provide expert advice and recommendations to improve architectural designs and construction processes

Maintain accurate records of inspections, approvals, and violations

Participate in meetings with project teams to discuss inspection results and necessary corrective actions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in ArchitectureEngineering, or a related field

Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural inspection or a related field

Professional certification in architectural inspection (e.g., ICC Certification)

Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit

Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Thorough understanding of architectural principles and construction methods

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with local and international building standards

Willingness to travel to various construction sites within the Riyadh area
