Personal Trainer

A reputable fitness center in Jeddah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating customized workout plans and providing one-on-one training sessions for our clients. You must have a passion for fitness and the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities :

Conduct initial fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans based on clients' goals, abilities, and medical history
Provide one-on-one personal training sessions for clients, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety
Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
Track clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans
Maintain a clean and safe training environment at all times
Stay up-to-date with current health and fitness trends and research

Requirements :

Certification in personal training or related field

Minimum of 1 year experience as a personal trainer

Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, nutrition, and fitness trends

Excellent communication skills to effectively work with a diverse group of clients

Strong motivational skills to inspire clients to reach their goals

Ability to adapt workout plans for individuals with varying levels of experience and physical abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working with special populations such as seniors or individuals with disabilities

Bilingual (English / Arabic)

CPR / AED certification

This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment. We welcome applicants from all nationalities but preference will be given to Canadian or Kenyan candidates. Salary : $1700 / month (negotiable based on experience)
