Responsibilities

Ensure installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and laptop software, including proprietary office and Internet related applications Support users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email Monitor troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures Monitor the network security and identify gaps Manage and monitor full email exchange server and processes Record, track and document problem resolution activities for support application including break / fix, problem escalation, testing of fixes, patches and code upgrades Ensure compliance to, administer, maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application portfolio Conduct regular audits of systems to check performance, speed, virus threats etc and take action as required
