About The Role

Are you a strategic leader with experience in overseeing cargo operations across our global network by ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service delivery? In this pivotal role, you will optimise end-to-end cargo flows, manage regional teams, and drive performance through innovation, planning, and collaboration. As a valued subject matter expert, you will be responsible to lead cargo operations across hubs and stations, ensuring safety, compliance, and service excellence. You’ll also play a key role in driving sustainability and cost-efficiency across the cargo network, making every shipment smarter, safer, and more strategic. Importantly, you will lead and inspire a team setting clear expectations, driving alignment, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Through regular performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning, you’ll ensure your teams are equipped to deliver operational excellence across every station. Additionally, you will deliver consistent, high-quality operations and drive performance through KPI tracking, audits, and continuous improvement. About You

Degree qualified, you will hold a minimum 10+ years of experience in cargo operations within a global network airline. You have proven experience leading regional teams within a complex airline hub-and-spoke ecosystem, and you are Dangerous Goods Regulation (DGR) certified, which safety and precision are second nature to you. Your knowledge of IATA, ICAO Annexes, AVSEC, and global cargo compliance standards sets you apart.
