We are hiring an IT Governance Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .

This role is key to driving IT compliance, service maturity, and governance excellence across the organization.

Overview

We are seeking an IT Governance Specialist to support governance, risk, and compliance across IT services and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures (SOPs).
  • Align governance framework with COBIT and integrate with ITSM / ITIL processes (incidents, changes, requests).
  • Oversee SLA / OLA management, service KPIs, and governance dashboards.
  • Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities and manage IT risk, compliance, and control mechanisms.
  • Support readiness for audits and certifications such as ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 .
  • Govern CMDB and IT asset management practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and service maturity.

Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience in IT Governance or IT Service Management.
  • Strong knowledge of COBIT and ITIL ; certifications are a plus (e.g., ITIL4, COBIT 2019, ISO 20000 / 27001).
  • Proven experience in policy development, compliance monitoring, and risk management.
  • Strong reporting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English .
  • Preference for candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia with early availability.
