The Team

Our team is focused on improving return on investment capital and reducing the risks specific to capital projects. Our highly respected Infrastructure and Capital Projects (Infra) team is built on deep industry sector expertise with a demonstrably differentiated ability to address the most complex business problems, supporting our owner / operator / contractor clients with deep project expertise. A&M's ultimate goal is to reduce uncertainty associated with the development and operational costs of projects, contributing to greater shareholder value from procurement through execution and asset management through different solutions.

Our Infra Advisory Team operates throughout the entire development life cycle :

Capital Strategy and Deal Advisory (Financial, Technical and Regulatory Vision)
Capital Delivery and Project Rescue (Execution Phase)
Asset Optimization (Operational and Technical Improvement)

Our initial key focus in terms of service offering will cover :

Development Management

Strategic PMO & Client Representative

Claims and Disputes

How you will contribute

We are looking to recruit exceptional business leaders at a Senior Director level in Riyadh, KSA to support A&M's wider regional growth. You will develop and implement innovative solutions in performance improvement, digitization, delivery transformation, and operational turnaround. You will work as part of a global practice focused on deploying digital, risk allocation, delivery support, and cost efficiency solutions, while integrating governance throughout the infrastructure projects lifecycle.

The responsibilities include :

Lead the execution of work fronts with expertise, identifying improvement initiatives and actively engaging with the client in all phases of the project.

Lead meetings and presentations with both client and A&M's managerial and executive levels, demonstrating confidence and mastery of the topics discussed.

Assume a leadership role with teams and clients, participating in effective negotiations and collaborations between leaders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships for business growth.

Participate in events and associations to foster relationships and identify opportunities.

Work with a creative mindset to co‑create solutions and offer innovative approaches to address client challenges.

Take advantage of industry network and influence to identify and develop new business opportunities for A&M Infra and other Business Units.

Qualifications

A high‑grade bachelor’s degree in engineering and / or construction discipline (and / or MBA) from an accredited top‑tier university.

Master’s degree in civil engineering, or a related major.

15 to 20 years of proven experience in business development and / or infrastructure project management with deep expertise in the delivery of major complex capital projects (must‑have requirement).

10+ years of experience in top‑tier consulting firms, with strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong interpersonal and communication skills (must‑have).

Middle East experience is mandatory with access to a current client base in the region.

Professional accreditation such as MRICS, FRICS, PMI, PMP, MAPM, CIOB, etc.

Arabic language skills are desirable but not essential.

Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Availability for travel.Ability to facilitate analysis to guide project delivery, proposing action plans and demonstrating confidence in decision‑making.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate to senior members of management, client representatives and colleagues.

Highly analytical and conceptual problem‑solving mind‑set.

Strong project management and negotiation skills.

Team‑oriented personality.

Motivated and effective in a fast‑paced and dynamic culture.

Experience in giga & mega projects (and / or real‑estate, hospitality, entertainment, infrastructure, transportation, sports, aviation and sectors).

Understanding of the construction execution life cycle and exposure to feasibility studies, technical due diligence, procurement, PPP, development management, strategic PMO, client representative, cost advisory, claims and disputes.
