The Manager - QA / QC - Facilities Management at Qiddiya Investment Company plays a critical role in ensuring that all facilities management operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The QA / QC Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems across all facilities and infrastructure projects. This role ensures that all construction, maintenance, and operational activities meet the required standards, specifications, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA / QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans for all engineering and facilities-related activities.
- Oversee quality control processes during construction, commissioning, and operational phases of rides, buildings, and utilities.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
- Maintain documentation and records of QA / QC activities, including non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality reports.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance.
- Provide training and guidance to project and maintenance teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including ISO standards and safety codes.
- Support handover and acceptance processes by verifying quality deliverables and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QA / QC roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.Experience in theme parks, hospitality, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of QA / QC methodologies, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.Proficient in quality management systems, audit tools, and reporting software.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.Core Competencies
