We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven
Business Development Manager
with experience in B2B / B2C / IT sales. The ideal candidate will manage global client relationships, drive lead conversion, and contribute to revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Convert qualified leads into customers and identify upselling opportunities. Understand customer needs and provide tailored IT training solutions. Conduct research on accounts and identify key stakeholders. Build long-lasting client relationships and provide consistent follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success initiatives. Mentor or support team members as needed. Contribute to Koenig’s automation initiatives through suggestions and testing. Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales or customer success (preferably in IT training). Strong communication skills – verbal and written. Ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of the organization. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and creative. Comfortable with CRM tools and automation platforms. Ability to work independently in a remote setup. Mandatory Requirement
Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is a must. This role involves global client interaction, including customers from the Middle East and North Africa regions. Skills
