This role is crucial in supporting the implementation and management of our Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategies that align with the overall goals of the organization.

As the Assistant Manager - ICT, you will assist in overseeing ICT projects, ensuring that technology solutions are effectively integrated and optimized to enhance operational efficiency across the company. You will collaborate with various teams to identify technology needs and provide robust ICT support.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of ICT strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives Manage and support ICT project implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology requirements and provide suitable solutions Monitor and maintain ICT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance infrastructure and support business growth Oversee user support and training programs to ensure effective use of ICT tools and systems Prepare regular reports on ICT performance metrics and project status for management review Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the ICT sector and recommend relevant innovations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 4-6 years of experience in ICT project management or a related area Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, systems, and best practices Experience with project management methodologies and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are advantageous
