Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing assigned digital marketing projects following the company’s project management practices
- Work closely with creative and technical teams to develop project plans and ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Coordinate with the program management team on budgeting, reporting, and communications
- Help ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Clarify tasks and responsibilities for project team members, avoiding overlap and ensuring smooth collaboration
- Support the identification of project requirements, resource allocation, and budget preparation
- Track project progress, monitor deliverables, and provide updates to stakeholders
- Document and manage any project scope changes as needed
- Help assess project risks and support mitigation efforts to ensure project success
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing projects, or related areasBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related fieldFamiliarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or Microsoft ProjectComfortable with basic budgeting, reporting, and data analysis (Excel and PowerPoint)Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus but not requiredSeniority Level
