Pace | Architecture, Engineering + Planning . This position involves supervising and managing site work preparation, execution, verification, and validation of contractor submissions, site works, and providing guidance for effective implementation. Job Responsibilities :

Attend and / or chair technical, operational, and supply chain meetings. Coordinate communications with corporate departments regarding technical issues. Guide and coordinate review of site methodology, inspection documents, supply chain documents, and technical documents. Prepare operational and technical correspondence for review. Present review comments to relevant project stakeholders. Support site inspection teams with technical expertise. Review and verify submittals / transmittals against contract requirements. Review technical specifications and provide awareness to team members. Required Experience :

Over 15 years of experience or as required by related construction supervision agreement. Experience with reputable engineering firms. Knowledge of statutory authority requirements, MEW & KFD regulations (KSA). Familiarity with codes, regulations, and submission requirements. Education :

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Certifications & Memberships :

Membership in professional groups such as Saudi Council of Engineers or equivalent. Essential Skills :

Supervision of site works and effective execution. Technical advice and guidance. Client assistance and service provision. Effective coordination, teamwork, and communication skills. Detail-oriented and systematic work approach. This role is at a Mid-Senior level, full-time, within the construction industry, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
