Senior whitegoods Technician

We are seeking for Senior Home appliances "White goods" Technician to join our Service - Aftersales team, and lead Home appliances' Technicians.

Core Responsibilities :

• Repair defective white goods items (ex. Refrigerators, washing machines, Air Conditions cookers…etc) according to the working instructions for technical center repairs.
• Supports in the repair of the HA products (ex. Water dispensers, ….etc)
• Control the consumption of the spare parts.
• Maintain good relation with the supplier to timely resolve the pending cases.
• Daily update the system for the work done.
• Order the spare parts required for repairing the item according to the working instructions.
• Preparing charge estimate for out of warranty and miss-use cases.
• Prepare technical reports for defective items to be signed by the Senior White goods Technician.
• Assure the implementation of the services SOPs in his daily activities
• Responsible to achieve the services KPIs of his area of work.
