About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership mandate within one of Saudi Arabia’s flagship Vision 2030 transformation programs , involving multi-billion-dollar infrastructure development across utilities, transport, power, ICT, and smart city ecosystems.

The Senior Interim Deputy Program Director will act as the second-in-command to the Program Director and play a pivotal role in ensuring program governance, stakeholder coordination, and execution discipline across multiple program streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate program delivery across multiple infrastructure packages (utilities, power, transport, ICT, and public realm).
• Establish and manage program control frameworks covering cost, schedule, risk, and quality.
• Drive alignment between design, planning, procurement, and construction teams .
• Ensure timely decision-making, issue resolution, and reporting to senior stakeholders and JV boards.
• Manage and engage with government ministries, consultants, and contractors , maintaining high levels of collaboration and governance.
• Support the Program Director in strategic planning, risk mitigation, and leadership continuity .
• Oversee contract management and compliance with FIDIC and Vision 2030 governance standards .
