The Role

The CAD Technician – Airport Infrastructure supports civil engineering teams in the design, planning, and maintenance of airport facilities including runways, taxiways, aprons, and terminals. The role involves preparing CAD drawings, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with aviation and safety standards to deliver high-quality airport infrastructure projects (part of an Expression of Interest).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update CAD drawings and technical layouts for airport civil works.
• Assist in design and planning of pavements, drainage, and airfield infrastructure.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and material quality checks.
• Support engineers in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and airport authorities to ensure compliance and safety.
