Job Title : Director of Nursing Education

Seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing Education to lead our nursing education programs and enhance the skills of our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Development :

Design, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs that meet the needs of staff and align with organizational goals.

Leadership :

Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing educators and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Curriculum Oversight :

Ensure nursing curricula are current, evidence-based, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Assessment and Evaluation :

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Collaboration :

Work closely with clinical leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted educational initiatives.

Research & Innovation :

Stay updated on the latest trends in nursing education and integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies.

Qualifications : Education :

Masters degree in Nursing or related field; Doctorate preferred.

Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of nursing education experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Licensure :

Current nursing license and certification in nursing education in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Skills :

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
