Senior Manager - Planning (policy) MAS352

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic planning (urban / town / regional) advice across multiple districts.
• Coordinate with project leads and teams to support design evolution and project development.
• Research and design planning policies to guide development.
• Review control documents that will inform future planning assessment.
• Maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the planning process.
• Monitor the progress of approval processes and resolve delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions and correspondence.
• Stay informed about changes in land use regulations, policies and strategies at a regional, national, state and Qiddiya City level.
• Advocate for the planning team by presenting data and justifications to all internal stakeholders, boards and senior management as required.
• Support with all other planning department tasks as assigned by the director and other department members.
• Mentor and support the development of the planning team, promoting best practices in town planning.
• Act as a substitute when required to support the director of planning.
