Job Description

• Responsible for Equipment Efficiency and Availability.
• Responsible for Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical & Controls) in the area of responsibility.
• Leading Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Development and Adherence to Maintenance Tasks and Plan.
• Development of Spare Part Strategy.
• Management of Maintenance Budget.
• Identification, Development and Training of the Team in Maintenance process.
• Development & Implementation of Trouble Shooting guide, RCA & PDCA Process.
• Developing Culture within the Team for Safe System of Working.
• Responsible for Preventive Maintenance / regular inspections for Electrical panels.
• Carry out / supporting for Utilities operational activities, such as Refrigeration system, Water and Energy supply.
• Carry out / supporting general maintenance activities for mechanic systems.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promote compliance with the indicators and global ESG commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
