East & West Factories : Business Analyst – Costing & Margin Optimization (Dammam | Onsite)

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our Operations and Business Analysis team by improving visibility, accuracy, and control over work‑order financial performance. In this role, you will help build end‑to‑end costing and margin tracking processes—from quotation to final closing—ensuring optimized margins, accurate consumption reporting, and strong financial insight for decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document mechanisms to track work‑order costs, margins, consumption, and spending
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and standardized reporting tools
• Analyze variances between quoted and actual costs to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on margin erosion and consumption deviations
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Project teams to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Enhance ERP / project costing modules and support BI tool implementations
