Job Description : Parsons are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interface Coordinator - ICT (Saudi National) with a background in ICT systems to support interface management activities across a major airport infrastructure project. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating technical and construction interfaces between ICT systems and other project disciplines, ensuring that integration and communication between teams, packages, and stakeholders is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. This is an ideal opportunity for a junior professional with 2+ years of experience in ICT or systems integration, who is looking to build their career in complex infrastructure or aviation environments. What You’ll Be Doing :

Support the development and maintenance of the Interface Management Plan, ensuring alignment with overall project delivery goals.

Track interface points between ICT systems (e.g., network, communications, security, SCADA) and other disciplines (MEP, civil, architectural, etc.).

Assist in managing the Interface Control Document (ICD) register and ensure timely updates from relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and vendors to identify and resolve interface issues.

Support the resolution of ICT-related spatial, cabling, and system connectivity conflicts during design and construction phases.

Attend interface meetings and workshops to monitor progress and communicate interface risks or clashes.

Assist in the preparation of interface drawings, diagrams, schedules, and technical submissions.

Maintain proper documentation of all interface decisions, design changes, and status updates.

Coordinate with document control teams to ensure all interface documents are properly logged and traceable.

Facilitate communication between ICT teams and external stakeholders such as airport authorities, consultants, and third-party vendors.

Support alignment between ICT installations and the construction schedule across multiple zones (airside, landside, terminal).

Monitor interface deliverables and escalate potential delays or coordination gaps.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in ICT, systems integration, or interface coordination on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Prior involvement in airport, transport, or critical facilities projects is preferred.

Basic understanding of ICT systems such as structured cabling, LAN / WAN, CCTV, access control, and public address systems.

Familiarity with interface and coordination processes in multidisciplinary projects.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project coordination tools (e.g., Excel trackers, SharePoint, Aconex) is a plus.

Exposure to airport ICT infrastructure, including integration with BHS, FIDS, SCADA, and security systems.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD or basic technical drawing review.

Understanding of airport construction sequencing and operational requirements.

Experience in cross-functional coordination in a high-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
