Job description

To drive in-store sales by engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable products, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience that aligns with brand standards. Job Responsibilities

Customer Engagement :

Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through product options. Product Presentation :

Demonstrate product features, benefits, and use to help customers make informed decisions. Sales Conversion :

Convert inquiries into sales by effectively handling objections and closing deals. Inventory Coordination :

Coordinate with the stock team to ensure product availability and timely restocking. Visual Merchandising Support :

Maintain attractive and organized product displays in line with brand guidelines. Customer Follow-up :

Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat sales, and referrals. Billing & Documentation :

Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper billing and documentation. Commitment to administrative guidance :

Adherence to management instruction related to business needs. Education

Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management or relevant field Experience

Minimum two years of experience in showroom or retail sales
