Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Saudi Fresh Graduate to join our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team. The HSE Officer (Fresh Graduate) will support site operations by promoting a safe work environment and assisting in the implementation of HSE policies and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands‑on experience in construction safety management and develop their professional careers in a dynamic and growth‑oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the company’s HSE policies, procedures, and standards across project sites.
• Support daily safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments under supervision.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions.
• Help prepare and maintain incident reports, safety logs, and inspection checklists.
• Promote safe working practices and contribute to continuous HSE improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with site teams to identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and environmental regulations.
