To lead key client accounts and the account management team by managing day-to-day communication, ensuring timely delivery of creative projects, and contributing to account growth. The role bridges strategic planning with operational execution, acting as the client’s advocate internally and a trusted advisor externally. The Senior Account Manager plays a vital role in sustaining client trust, project profitability, and cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of client campaigns from brief to delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-to-senior client stakeholders
- Draft scopes of work, schedules, and resource plans with internal teams
- Review and approve creative briefs, ensuring strategic clarity
- Collaborate with creative, production, and finance to ensure project viability
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded in quality, timing, and budget
- Identify upselling or growth opportunities and support proposal development
- Maintain account documentation, including reports, deliverables, and change logs
- Escalate risks and propose mitigation plans to the Client Services Director
- Coach junior account staff and interns on the process and client handling
Qualifications & Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Essential)5+ years of experience in account management or client servicesFluent in Arabic and English; excellent writing and presentation skillsProven success managing integrated campaigns (video, digital, events)Familiarity with the Saudi market and agency workflowsSeniority Level
