Our platform seamlessly connects customers, service partners (SSPs), and corporate clients to deliver convenient, trusted, and scalable car care services — all powered by our in-house technology.

Role Overview

As Senior Product Lead , you will be the first dedicated product leader at Sweater. You will work closely with leadership to shape the product vision, set the roadmap, and execute initiatives across B2C, B2B, and supply-side (SSP) operations. You’ll partner with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development to drive growth, retention, operational efficiency, and new business channels through world-class product experiences.

This is a high-impact, strategic & hands‑on role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and wants to build the product foundation of a category‑defining company.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record in consumer apps, marketplaces, or on‑demand services.
• Experience working in or closely with growth / marketing teams on funnels, retention, and monetization.
• Strong understanding of API integrations , B2B productization, or platform business models.
• Excellent analytical skills — comfortable making decisions based on data, not guesswork.
• Fluent in product discovery, UX thinking, and agile execution.
• Exceptional communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Experience in GCC / MENA markets is a strong plus. Arabic proficiency is an advantage but not required.
