Project Manager - Remote Location, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our client in Saudi Arabia to support heir senior leadership in the successful delivery of high-profile projects within a remote part of KSA. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project briefs, work breakdown structures, and delivery timelines.

Assist in procurement processes, including RFP preparation, tender evaluation, and contract management.

Monitor financial performance, project progress, and risk mitigation.

Lead the preparation of project management, design, and quality plans.

Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Support design reviews, feasibility studies, and contractor / consultant management.

Conduct site visits and manage progress reporting and approvals.

Drive innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in large-scale, multidisciplinary design and construction projects, including 5 years in a project management role.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (Master's preferred); professional accreditation (e.g. RIBA, PMP, PE) required.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and design coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project).

Desirable Experience

Experience in KSA and / or GCC.

Knowledge of international codes and sustainable design practices.

Familiarity with real estate, infrastructure, or urban development programs.
