Salary Range and Package Details

  • Monthly salary : 17,000 SAR
  • Annual housing allowance : 70,000 – 80,000 SAR
  • Tuition fees covered for two children
  • Generous international family package included

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
  • UK PGCE or other recognised teaching qualification conferring Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from a reputable institution
  • Recognised SENCO qualification or willingness to work towards one
  • Essential Skills

  • Proven experience working as a SENCO or in a specialist SEN role within a primary setting
  • Strong knowledge of the UK SEND Code of Practice and inclusive education strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to assess, plan, and implement tailored support programmes for students with diverse learning needs
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to fostering an inclusive school culture
