Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis of assets, including forecasting revenues, expenses, and cash flows associated with asset management.

Prepare comprehensive reports on asset performance, including metrics, trends, and variance analysis.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and risk assessments for various projects.

Assist in the development of financial models to support investment decision‑making and capital allocation.

Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform asset management strategies.

Support budget planning and financial forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Provide recommendations for improving asset management practices and maximizing returns on investments.

Stay informed on best practices in asset management and financial analysis, applying industry standards to enhance processes.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.

At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst involved in PMIS implementations or related projects.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in financial analysis, asset management, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of financial modeling, investment analysis, and asset valuation techniques.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a strong attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting findings to stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
