Tech Analyst This role will be site based and will provide technical analysis and development of solutions in support of the manufacturing processes and will manage the deployment, testing, validation, performance, operations and continuous support and improvement of all Technical, Engineering and Manufacturing applications within each Manufacturing Excellence and Quality and Lab Product team. This role requires a balance of business process understanding and technical breadth and an ability to operate in a flexible and agile way to drive efficiency and improvements to the Manufacturing, Technical, Engineering and Quality and Lab Products. The role has increased complexity of geographies, user bases (internal and external to GSK) and a large mix of technology and business process understanding. Responsibilities
Provide technical support for business systems, ensuring they operate effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with teams to identify and implement system improvements. Manage system access, training, and user support. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms. Monitor system performance and create reports to track key metrics. Qualifications / Skills
Basic : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in a technical support or similar role. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in tools like SharePoint or similar platforms. Strong communication skills in English. Preferred : Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Experience with system integration and data management. Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA). Work Arrangement
