Job Responsibilities

Perform work in compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality expectations while supporting a production schedule

Execute daily priorities as defined by the supervisor or area lead

Assemble and assist with the testing of mechanical units and control systems in accordance with engineering test procedures

Complete all required documentation

Support continuous improvement and HSSE projects

Good mechanical background

Knowledge of machines, hand tools and power tools needed for assembly

Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material moving equipment

Ability to apply basic written and verbal communication skills

Ability to apply concepts of basic math and basic PC skills

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, work orders and drawings

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to work, focus and thrive in a very fast paced and noisy work environment

Ability to work both inside and outside in heat / cold, wet / humid, and dry / arid conditions

The employee must regularly lift, push, pull and / or move up to 30 lbs and frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds

Maintain regular and reliable attendance and performance to meet production and business needs

Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment

Demonstrate unwavering commitment to HMH Values, Compliance, Integrity and HSSE

Performs additional related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years mechanical assembly experience

Desired Characteristics

3+ years of instrumentation and tubing experience

Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings and specifications

Demonstrated ability to read hydraulic schematics

Experience working with offshore drilling equipment, specifically BOP and surface control equipment

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong work ethic and adherence to processes and policies

Experience with Oracle or SAP

Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language

High attention to detail, accuracy with numbers

Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and order

Additional Information

Must be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status

No relocation assistance
