Position Objective This role must co-ordinate all service-related issues and ensures prompt actions and follows up. The role is designed to take the training and servicing required by the distributor and offer local support by creating a service hub in the region that coordinate requirements of the Group from different BAs / factories around the globe and create the local center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair a wide range of CSSD equipment ( Sterilizers , washers and other CSSD units )

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and Saudi regulations.

Maintain detailed records of service activities, including repair logs, calibration certificates, and service reports.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, IEC, CE, and hospital-specific protocols).

Achieve Service Target.

Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.

Must be at least Graduate, preference for Biomedical Engineer

Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferred in sterilizers, washers, cart washer and different machines within CSSD

Hospital Capital Equipment maintenance preferred

Hospital Biomedical department

Must speak good English and have good communication skills

Must be able to confidently present to a group and solve problems

Microsoft Office skills should be excellent

Willing to travel extensively throughout Middle East & Factories where required
