Design Manager - Geotechnical Engineering

Seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our geotechnical design team in Saudi Arabia. This role is central to delivering safe, innovative, and cost-effective ground engineering solutions across diverse projects (ground improvement, piling, shoring). Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design team to ensure high-quality geotechnical solutions. Oversee risk management and technical compliance during design and execution phases. Collaborate with Tendering and Project teams to develop and validate technical proposals. Represent Keller in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities. Drive internal training, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Requirements

Degree

in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering. 8–10 years

of geotechnical experience, including

2–3 years

in a leadership or project execution role. Experience in piling, shoring and enabling work designs. Strong communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
