Assist in the development and implementation of compliance monitoring programs to assess adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Prepare regular compliance reports for management review, highlighting key findings and areas of concern. Support the development, review, and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices. Assist in disseminating policies to employees and providing guidance on their interpretation and implementation. Collaborate with the Compliance team to develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees at all levels of the organization. Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters and encourage a culture of compliance and ethical conduct. Assist in conducting compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively. Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends that may impact Golf Saudi's compliance obligations. Internal Investigations : Assist in conducting internal investigations into compliance-related issues, including allegations of misconduct or violations of company policies. Gather evidence, interview relevant parties, and prepare detailed investigative reports for management review. Support the Compliance Manager in evaluating the compliance practices of third-party vendors, contractors, and business partners. Assist in conducting due diligence reviews and monitoring activities to ensure third-party compliance with Golf Saudi's standards and requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including policies, procedures, training materials, and audit findings. Ensure that documentation is organized and easily accessible for internal and external review purposes. The manager is authorized to assign the employee to any task within the department. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing Golf Saudi's operations, including anti-corruption laws, data privacy regulations, and industry standards Skills and Competencies : Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify compliance issues and recommend practical solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Fluency in English; Native Arabic speaker Seniority level
