Commercial Specialist

Job Description : Commercial Specialist – Midea Group

Location : Riyadh

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development Support.
• Following up with clients to ensure that payments are flowing in on time.
• Keep track of production and shipment schedule and share forwarder information to facilitate arrangement of shipment.
• Coordinate with the sales team and PD's to ensure order fulfillment and delivery.
• Order Fulfillment from placement to order confirmation, PR, production and shipment. Ensure that the Business meets its requirement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer’s and PD's inquiries and provide support for other departments.
• Assist in identifying business growth opportunities and optimizing sales channels.
• Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure products are available in key markets and channels.
• Assist sales team to coordinate with supply chain teams to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and prevent stock‑outs or overstock situations.
