IT Planning & Security Manage

Overview

The ITPlanning&SecurityManager (Internal) focuses on day‑to‑day execution of the technology roadmap and operational security controls. Reporting to the SeniorITPlanning&SecurityManager, you coordinate project schedules, manage compliance tasks, and ensure the secure delivery of IT services. Responsibilities

Develop quarterly project plans aligned with the multi‑year roadmap. Track delivery milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee configuration‑management and change‑approval workflows. Maintain security policies, standards, and control matrices. Coordinate internal and external audits; ensure evidence collection. Act as escalation point for major incidents and root‑cause analysis. Produce KPI dashboards covering project status and security posture. Qualifications

5–7 years in IT project management or security operations. Solid grasp of PM frameworks (PMBOK, Agile) and GRC methodologies. Ability to interpret ISO27001, NIST, and local regulatory requirements. Strong Excel / Power BI or similar reporting skills. Seniority level
