Role Description This is a full-time role for a B2B Key Account Manager — Ship Chandling. The role is on‑site and based in Jeddah. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing business plans, conducting market analysis, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, identifying their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
Sales & Business Development : Expertise in generating business, developing sales strategies, and closing deals with high-value clients.
Account Management : Strong ability to manage multiple clients, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term success.
Negotiation : Solid negotiation skills to close profitable deals while meeting client needs.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Problem‑Solving & Conflict Resolution : Strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues and manage client expectations.
Solid knowledge of marketing principles, advertising strategies, and brand engagement.
Presentation Skills : Ability to deliver clear, persuasive presentations to clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a marine related field.
Minimum of 4‑5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, with at least 3‑5 years in a leadership or supervisory role in the marine or related industries.
Proven track record in managing and growing key accounts within KSA and the MENA region.
Advance in Arabic and English is required.
